I don't like deleting things I don't have to. 
I'm also too lazy to properly go through my PMs to see which I want to keep or not until I absolutely have to.

I hang onto the game-related ones until the game is over. If a conversation was particularly entertaining, like when JJ and I were the lovers one game, I'll save it to a NotePad file.
