Newcomers may note the lack of buttons in the site header if you are using the Castle Doom skin.
If you scroll down then you will see a slider following you on your left side. Bringing your cursor over the slider and you will get a small window popping out for all the usual buttons forums have.
It really helps clean up the site, but has one major drawback.
You need to remind yourself to regularly check you mailbox as you will not know if you have new private mail until you go into that area.
And be sure to go to your profile page and turn on all of your notification buttons so you will get an email note of something in your pm inbox here.
