As the title says, Firefox 2 was released. Of course they say that only developers should be downloading and that it is for testing purposes only. But realistically, who wants to be the last person to get their hands on new software to try out? you can download it at http://www.mozilla.com/products/download.html?product=firefox-2.0b1&os=win&lang=en-US .There aren't many themes out for it but there are some great extensions. Granted I've only been using it for a day but I am already in love with some of the new features. The most noticeable change is that all the tabs now have their own close button. Nothing special but I like it. Also for all of you that like their RSS news feeds that are in the "Latest Headlines" tab, there is an extension that scrolls them across the bottom of firefox instead of looking into the bookmark all the time to see when they have updated. Another great one for all of us web designers is a plug in that lets you view your/a website in IE in a Firefox tab! It's kind of hard to explain but once you start using it, holy smokes, its great. I definitely recommend updating as soon as you can.
