I took the battery out and that seems to have stopped the problem
My mom just recently sprayed for ants (because a squad of them decided to launch an offensive on my remaining easter stash. We lost a good many peeps out there), could it be possible that the fumes are interacting in a wierd way? |

| Maybe, but more likely just a bad battery. I have heard a few complaints on laptop batteries lately. |

| It's probably a bad battery. They can go bad after time since rechargeables are put under heavy stress. |
