I was scanning estio's site and found a story there.

Then I went to the site's main page and found some interesting short articles for debate.

It's the webpage for a magazine called Reason.

I've scanned a few articles and haven't noticed a particular left or right bias as a group. It seems both sides are permitted to submit.

All the topics are short one-pagers and a bit weak on supporting documentation, but most are well reasoned if not always what I agree with.

I think it would be a great site to grab debate topic starters.

So if you scan the offerings and find one that peaks your interest or rouses your umbrage then drag a copy over here and we'll hash it out.

A word of caution should be stated, though. These are opinion pieces and not the statistical gospel. Don't cite these articles as proof positive of your position. They are merely supporting logic for your own position or conversation starters.
