David Sherman has a website that has some interesting goodies.

A new series set in the same sci-fi universe is in the works...

Cripes, that means almost a year for the paperback to come out. :(
Since I already have the other ones in paper then I see no reason to switch now. |

I hate it when they switch from a paper-back release to a hard-back release... 9 books into the series :?:

Hey, I'll admit the series is really entertaining reading.
But it's not exactly high literature.
It's just a fun pulp rag series.
They would do better to finish the series in paperback and tackle a deeper project for hardbound release.
A nice three book series of galactic war on a bigger scale with a couple enduring characters at the center.
The team is more than capable of doing that.
Btw, I'm getting bored of Skinks. They need to squash those lizards and move onto another menace. |

With the new series... they are going the other way. The Force Recon series will deal with a recon platoon.

The new series will be introducing additional aliens. A grand Galactic War has been hinted at :D |
