My pc has a weird problem.
Smilies and other moving graphics don't move for me at all.
Worse is that it was the same in my old pc on Win98.
This is kinda spooky. :(
The only thing that stayed the same was my ISP.
But even that was a totally different version.
Any ideas? |

Weird :)
Try Tools>Internet Options>Advanced
Then look for the item 'Play animations in web pages'. Make sure its selected.
Ummm, thats about the extent of what I think it could be :) |
