Ok, I have enough water; in fact I have craploads of it. I have more water in my city's pipes than I know what to do with. I make the connection to another city for them to buy water off of me. The water usage overall goes up only about 100 cubic centimeters (is that the proper measurement?). Then the other city cancels the deal saying that I ran out of water.
My ass! I had plenty of water and the other dipshit mayor goes and cancels the water deal and charges me for breaking it! I even had a separate water system set up to handle the water deal. What the hell is going on here? The worst is that I had a water deal for most of the first part of the game and now they cancel at every turn. |

| How much was their demand? Was the connection severed somehow, like a disaster or a terrain change? |

thats why i never make water deals
garbage? sure. Power? why not
water seems to suck you dry for some reason
I think at on point i had over 30 water towers supplying my deal and they still canceled it, just avoid it |

No physical damage to the pipes. The demand was whatever the base was at the time. It goes up every now and again, sure, but I knew that I could handle it. The garbage and power deals are great. Six to eight fusion plants make sure that that my city's lights and the other city's lights will glow for a long time into the future. |
