Ok, I've run into a giant snag now. If anyone has played FFX all the way through I would appreciate the help.
I've come to the Macalania Temple and am now prepared to square off against Maester Seymour Guado. I've taken out his two guards and am now ready to take this bastard down. Taking the jackass down to about 3,000 hit points I call out my fire aeon. Taking a savage pleasure in knowing that I can now take him out in one shot I use the overdrive move Hellfire on him. It deals 4,000+ damage and I figure he'd be blasted into oblivion.
But no, he says something like, "Feel my pain, come forth Anima!" afterwards. Then he proceeds to beat my brains out using the game's final aeon.
This has happened three times and I'm really frustrated. What do I do to take this bastard down before he calls forth the ultimate aeon? |

| ohhh.....I remember that battle...don't have a clue how I beat it thought sorry...I seem to remember there is a way to attack in undearneath the creature, I think...maybe...or maybe that is another game. |

| if your really needing help, and since my failing memory isn't helping me, been nearly 3 years since I played the game. I suggest just typing up Final Fantasy X walkthrough on google or something, you're almost guraenteed to find info on it. |
