Just curious... I noticed that some people have their ribbons and some don't is this just trickling down as Brf gets the time?

I had been slipping them in as I saw people online or posting ;)

If someone is online it is two mouseclicks to get into their profile, otherwise we have to type in their name and everything. I should proly put in the user-profile easy-access mod or something...

I also have two nations on nationstates, and though I was in silence mode when castledoom first got up and running, I feel like a charter member. I was there at cafe tropico when Joe conjured it to begin with - it was I who bestowed on him the great axe. (What the hell was the name of that axe, I don't remember? :evil: :oops: dementia is setting in!) Also I was at pharoah's forum in it's first state and it's second. I was just kinda silent when it ended.

If you want to move one or both of them to the Los Soldatos region, I can make you up a custom flag like the others.

I guess I don't understand what this means. But if to include the ribbons for Nationstates, Castle Doom and Peron's site requires a custom ribbon, then I would say yes, please make me one when you get a spare moment.

What Brf is saying is that the NationStates ribbons are only awarded to current players. I awarded the ribbons to those in our NS region. If you move one of your countries over to our region we'll assign that membership ribbon to you.

As for the flag, that's a different thing. Every member in our NS region has a flag in the game that is a custom job to reflect our community there. Brf makes them up.

Now, you already have both the Castle Doom and CD Core member ribbon.

I'll put the TPF ribbon in now.

So get with Brf on how to join our NS clan.

Yes. I was referring to our region in Nationstates -- Los Soldatos. Current members of that region have the NSA ribbon.

I thought I was part of the Los Soldatos region of Nationstates. Maybe b/c my two nations are inactive they were booted? I haven't checked on them in a long while.

If I am not active, then I probably shouldn't get the ribbon.

It's actually 30 days, but yes, ignore the game and you get deleted by the machine.

The current NS ribbon is for current players.

As my other thread discussed the eventual removal of the concept of membership ribbons, The NS has become a participatory ribbon residing in the membership area until the changeover.

The delay of dropping membership ribbons will allow members to earn a few participatory ribbons in the interum.

So go earn a few. :wink:
