DarkShinji250 was looking for a trading partner.
I'm trading with this guy.
He has been reliable and needs more trade.

| I do not know why, the aggressor simply put down his reason as "my ally requested it." |

| I wish that there was some way to help... but I'm still trying to rebuild back to my pre-Great War level. |

I'm handling him pretty well myself, although, a mass attack on our little aggressor could be fun.
Edit: he sent me a peace offer which I accepted. |

Are you asking for reparations?
It is not uncommon when someone beats down a rogue. |

Yes, it is frequently done with rogues.
You figure out how much he cost you... and tell him that he must sendit to you as foreign aid.
Usually, it is done as part of the peace process.
He does not pay... the war continues. |

How is everyone doing on Bonus Resources?
I have three:
1. Steel
2. Autos
3. Microchips
This gives e a +4 on pop. happiness and -7% on infrastructure costs. |

| My people still love me too... with over 20 Happiness.... It was higher before the war and all that radiation. Can we expect radiation to go down, or do we need a game-reset? |

It should be going down... it has been almost 30 days since the Great War broke out.
I'm ready for it, I was at 5 stars before the war and now I'm at three stars. |

Ha.... The radiation level has been at 3.0 every day. It is not going down.
The fine jewelry just raises happiness. My tax level is at 19 right now. Should I be able to crank it up, since I have an Intel Agency??? |

There are several ways to look for a trading partner... the quickest is to go here:
http://www.cybernations.net/stats_ranking.asp
Got to the last page and start working your way forward.
Look for nations created recently and have been active.
If they are more than a day old have not had an activity... I skip them.
Check out the likely prospects... to see if they have the resources you are seeking.
You can also do it by team color... if the trading bonus is important to you.
By doing this, I found a new player that had oil and aluminum.
This gave me two new Bonus Resources. |

The Republic of Quebec just has beer for its bonus.
However I have water, spices, wine, and uranium to help increase my people's happiness.
Now I don't think I quite understand the wording for uranium. It says:
"Allow nations to develop nuclear weapons only if that nations government preference supports nuclear weapons. If a nations government preference favors nuclear technology for the use of nuclear power plants but does not support nuclear weapons then the nation will receive +$3.00 per citizen and +$0.15 for every level of tech purchased up to level 30 but loses -1 population happienss."
Does that mean that if I support nuclear power but not missiles I have my people's happiness decreased? |
